Major Craft's "Nano Power Series" is the latest rod series that adopts Toray's "nanoalloy ®" technology carbon sheet. "Nanoalloy ®" is a technology for dispersing multiple polymers in nanometer order. In the manufacturing process of the carbon sheet, resin in which heterogeneous polymers were uniformly dispersed played the role of firmly joining the carbon fibers, and gained the strongest rigidity & light weight.
Cross force
Winding fibers in 1 to 3 layers in horizontal, vertical and lateral directions to stabilize the strength, further double taping the outer layer in X shape, tighten up and reinforce, New manufacturing method resistant to twisting.
